AI-Content Declaration and Consent
Version 2026-10-28
This is the wording used on the submission form for songs, images, writing and other contributions to Positively Pedestrian. It sits alongside the Contributor License and Terms.
What you must declare
For every contribution, you must say whether any part of it was made with an AI tool. This includes music, lyrics, voices, images, video, text, and edits or "enhancements" made by AI. Answer the following on the form:
- Was any part made, generated or substantially changed with an AI tool? Yes or no.
- If yes, which tool? For example Suno, Udio, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude. Name each tool you used.
- If yes, which plan or license did you use? For example a free plan or a paid plan. Include the date you made the work if the plan has changed since.
- What part is AI-made? For example "the music", "the cover image", "the lyrics were written by me, the vocals are AI".
If you answer "no", you confirm that no part was made with an AI tool. If you leave an answer incomplete, we may decline the contribution.
What you confirm
By submitting, you confirm that:
- your answers are true and complete;
- under the terms of the tool and plan you named, you have the right to give USA Web School and the hosts the license in the Contributor License and Terms (including commercial use such as promotion of the podcast); and
- you have not used another person's voice, likeness, name or style in a way that would mislead listeners or that you lack the right to use.
Some plans do not allow it. For example, songs made on Suno's free plan are generally non-commercial and owned by Suno, so we do not accept them. We accept only work you have the right to license to us.
Labeling
Anything with AI-made parts is labeled "AI-assisted" on the site, and we may add the tool name. This label cannot be removed at the contributor's request. We may add the label even when you did not tell us about the AI use, if we find out.
The hosts' right to refuse
The hosts may refuse any AI-made work, for any reason or none, before or after it is published. They may also take it down at any time, without liability, and without owing a reason.
If your declaration was wrong
If your declaration turns out to be false or incomplete, we may remove the contribution at once. Your promises and your responsibility for claims under section 10 of the Contributor License and Terms apply.
